Job Responsibilities of Reliance CSA- Customer Service Associate in Smart Store

• Achieve and exceed sales target for category
• Enhance conversion ratioa and average transaction values
• Counsel customers
• Deliver customer service
• Customer service levels
• Constantly update knowledge on product and selling departments/services
• Ensure stocking of products and display as per SOPS’s
• Deliver high quality customer service of the highest standards
• Cross selling and up selling
• Adhere to proper promotions etc.
• Interact accurately with JDC/HO teams
• Deliver sales and customer service of the highest standards
• Resolve stock management procedures
• Assist in stock staking
• Provide necessary qualitative feedback timely

Job Timings & Shift Details

Morning Shift- 9 Hours – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Evening shift – 9 Hours – 2:00 PM to 11 PM
Rotational shift – 9 hours between -10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Part-time also available – 5 Hours- 6 PM to 11:00 PM
