Selected candidates will be assigned various jobs as per their capabilities & department mapping. All part time candidate are assigned job KRA as per the vacancy. They must execute all the assigned jobs as per their work profile.

Department level KRA are assigned once the candidate join the job vacancy.

Job Responsibility of Burdwan Fresher Jobs:

  • Follow all guidelines of senior,
  • Follow team leader instructions,
  • Work as per Department Manager instrutions,
  • Support team member & team leader in daily work,
  • Complete daily assigned task timely,
  • Display clothes as per the standards,
  • Check price & barcode of products,
  • Daily tagging & setting of clothes,
  • Scan SKU & products in POS,
  • Daily bill generation,
  • Support other staff in the section,
  • Hand over bill, coupon if any & change to customer in well manner,
  • Collect various payment modes e.g. Cash, card, digital payment,
  • Work as a team member (Support)
  • Complete home delivery process,
  • Maintain all billing or customer related registers/files,
  • Follow cross departmental functions & support them,
  • Check barcode of products & scan correctly,
  • FIFO, FECO Process,
  • Print signage daily & ensure proper signage for all cash counters,
  • Always greet customer with smile,
  • Follow SOP’s during billing daily,
