It’s an integral part of the store team. A part-time staff may be assigned various KRA’s as per the assigned store requirements. The major role of the part-time candidate is to support the assigned department manager in the smooth functioning of the respective section.

Job Responsibility of  Fresher Staff in Visakhapatnam;

Once a fresher associate complete the initial training, they are assigned job duties as per their department.

1. Work in retail environment.
2. Scan products from customers at the Point of Sale (POS).
3. Complete daily assigned duties on time.
4. Generate bills and payment receipts, ensuring compliance.
5. Hand over bills and receipts to the customer.
6. Count money back to the customer accurately and concisely.
7. Provide assistance to store staff in sales during rush hours.
8. Collect payments, whether in cash or credit.
9. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
10. Prepare assigned department ready for audit.
11. Meet and greet customers on a daily basis.
12. Ensure section upkeep and stock replenishment.
13. Timely execution of signage printing.
14. Fill daily checklist of assigned section.
15. Implement FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, and Expiry management.
16. Focus on excellent customer service.
17. Conduct a daily count of stock and check sales.
