What are the Job Responsibilities?

  • Ensuring high SSPD for all brands available.
  • Growth in the profitability of the store by managing the budget at an optimum level and controlling costs.
  • Manage store petty cash expenses.
  • Controls store internal and external shrinkage.
  • Ensuring proper stock mix is available for consumer demand all the time.
  • Facility Management.
  • Organizing returns, orders, and reservations.
  • Getting feedback from customers.
  • Reacting to any changes in customer demands.
  • Maintaining Mystery audit scores.
  • Ordering and organizing orders in sufficient quantities to guarantee customer satisfaction and enough sales stock.
  • Organization of merchandise in the store and stockroom (placing alarm tags, controlling and counting merchandise, defining priorities for outgoing merchandise.
  • Organize garments received in the stockroom according to Company’s criteria.
  • Regularly inform Commercial Direction and Product Management about the acceptance of the garments in the store, customers’ requests, feedback, etc.
  • Making sure the store’s image is maintained: windows display, staff image (uniforms), furniture, and other decorations.
  • Coordination/Merchandise criteria: organizing work with staff according to photographic details.
  • Changing the distribution of garments according to sales.
  • Managing and motivating staff.
  • Building up a healthy culture by fostering organizational Values and maintaining discipline in the Store.
  • Conduct team member induction, Impart training to store staff, and equip them with the skills to understand and fulfill consumer needs.
  • Identifying and developing potential employees.
  • Supervise and maintain a good relationship with 3rd parties working at the store such as housekeeping and guards.

Education Requirements; Graduate

Experience Requirements; 3 to 7 years
