    Mei dakshina kannadaki bolwar rehnewali aapki super market se ek kilo orange kareedke bill karne keliye bill counter ke pass gaya tho vahan pe dono counter me costumer the aur ek counter khali padatha mei ek kilo orange ka bill barnekeliye kithna dher thak inthzar karun. Tho mei wahanki staff se request kiya ki mera bill karo muje dher hota hai ki mera saath mera ristedar bi hai. Humko badme bus bhi nahi milega gaun jane keliye aisa mera zald bhazi ka karan bathaya tho bhi wo nahi sune. Badme mei wahinpe more super market tha wahanse kareeda. Mei isliye complaint karthahoon ki mei bahut samayse reliance ki customer hoon.

  10. 1. While making payments, there is huge line and enough crowd. The counter staff asks for our mobile number in order to forward any message about discounts/schemes/promotions. Well, that’s fine.
    Here is the concern, by telling our mobile numbers loudly, there is a chance of our personal details reaching to all listeners, whom we never know. Our country is full of miscreants. Not all, but few are enough to harass others, or may be leaking via any means.
    I personally noted & felt it the misuse of our details. I already drew attention to store personnel several times, to create the way out to protect customer confidentiality, but all goes as usual.
    Already we all are suffering from so many spam and unknown calls. I stopped giving my phone number at the counter, and wow, reduced the incoming of nasty calls. This is not a complaint against any individual but on a system.

    2. There is a counter for senior citizen, but accept only card payments. Should it be considered that counter for senior citizen only? or sr. citizen using card only? or for all card holders only?

    SIR, Today morning we purchased washing powder and cooking oil at 10:30 AM. The total bill was 2235/- which has been paid by card payment. The cooking oil was near expiry date, so we went to change the oil but they refused to change as we don’t have a bill. The behaviour of the sales dept was rude. If I found the bill I will file a complaint in consumer court that you are selling expiry items.

  13. We do not have a branch of Smart Point. Due to not having a branch, Bilsi is a very large area and has many facilities ranging from tehsils. Reliance smart point does not have a branch here. I request you to consider opening a branch of Reliance smart point. Thank you.

  14. 5/5/23 from west medinipur.Reliance smart point (U3IW)….I have billed some products amount of 192.50/- but my money has been deducted but the bill will not appear,Here MOD Shilpi Karak tells me that your money has been deducted maybe but we don’t have any bill showing here from system,but I have proof that my money has been deducted from here.They said they have done CALL LOG aslo(CALL LOD ID=(SD33378992),This has been a long time so if I don’t get it back within 24 hours there are more ways to complain at a higher level.

I’m facing a problem with smart point store, this is a cash transaction related because while I have purchased an item for example of rupees 677/- the cashier was handover me 3 rupees and like coins this is irritating to take or give. I think there is solution like smart point have redeem my points that I have earned before and this is totally fantastic to me and yours! And make this is auto take from system not for asked customers Please do this then I’ll be happy.

    I Mr. P. V. Panpatil is regular customer of Reliance, one of the leading marketing company.
    On Sunday I buy few items from Smart bazar, College road, Nashik, Maharashtra and my bill amount was 3959/-.I pay the amount, money was debited from my account. I show the message to counter boy. But in his system the amount was not show. He tell me for repayment, I deny it, becoz money r withdrawn from my account.
    But he behave rude to me. I waited for 20 minutes. Then I met Mr. Sarathi Waghchaure May be Manager or authority, he also takes my time for 18..20 minutes. He say for repayment, I deny it. Then he behave with me rudely and deny to take my items. The way he spoke to me r not good.
    I paid second time, and he assured me that my money will be refunded to me within 30 minutes. If not call him. Yesterday I called him at 6.05 and 7.30pm, today also I called him twice at 4.16,4.23,but he didn’t receive my call.
    I didn’t refunded my money till date. Also I don’t know the status.
    I attach both receipts.

I visited your store for shopping, and upon entering the main gate, I was approached by an employee who loudly asked me to clean my shoes, suggesting they were dirty. I found this manner of addressing me in front of other customers to be unprofessional and uncomfortable.

    While the employee did not use inappropriate language, the loud and public manner in which he made the comment was unsettling. As a customer, I believe that such interactions should be handled more discreetly and politely.

    I would like to bring this matter to your attention and request that appropriate action be taken to ensure that customers are treated with respect and courtesy at all times. It is essential to maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers.
