In recent times Reliance’s Smart Point is trending, they have set up hundreds of stores across Mumbai & a nearby area in Maharashtra. All Smart Point stores are the ambitious project of RIL. Their unique concept is gaining momentum.

What is Reliance Smart Point?

Reliance Smart points are a network of widely spread stores that will be used for last-mile delivery for food/grocery & medicine products that are ordered through the online shopping app.

These mini-supermarket forms stores will be used for the fulfilment of the order received through their online grocery shopping app or orders placed through WhatsApp.

Now all the Smart Point by Reliance stores are integrated with medicines/Groceries/Daily Items and many other household products for customers to buy and they will be delivered to the customer’s home. More Detail of Reliance Pharmacy Store is given here.

At present Reliance Smart Point stores are fully operational in Navi Mumbai, Kalyan & Thane area. More than a thousand locations are in process & will be operational in the next few months.

Reliance is aggressively planning to launch more than 1100 Reliance Smart Point Stores across all the cities. As a result, this will reduce the workload from the Reliance Smart store & Reliance Fresh store which are currently serving online orders.

Smart Point Stores Details:-

The area for these stores will be approx. 800 to 1500 Square feet.
All these stores will be located in prime residential areas where rental for the property will be lower. Customers will have the option to order goods online & pick them up from their Smart Point stores by Reliance at no extra cost. One-day delivery is the prime motive behind the stores.

Reliance Smart Point Store launches are part of Reliance’s pro-active preparation to launch a pan-India presence multibrand e-commerce store in a bid to compete with big online players like Flipkart & Amazon. The retail arm of Reliance also planning to partner with locally owned stores across India to expand its multi-channel retail network.
